Overview

LGA Peer challenges are an important part of self-evaluation cycle and provide helpful information for your local area partnership, for writing your local area inclusion plans and should be planned into your annual self-evaluation cycle.

LGA Peer Challenges are not inspections they are an opportunity to work with a critical friend to identify strengths and areas for improvement.  

LGA Peer Challenges can be arranged through the local government association (LGA).

Membership

Any local area can request an LGA peer challenge which can be arranged through your DFE SEND Advisor or directly through the LGA
